Another thing I have just noticed, when in slide show mode digikam still can't play video files. I'v seen this bug (?) was reported to digikam4 some time ago. Why it is still a problem? The viewing experience (I mean displaying images in final form, full screen etc) is not as good as in for example gwenview.
