Just make somewhere in systemsettings a checkbox to enable FUSE, which would be
grayed out if it is not supported.

Also, let's look to the truth in the eyes — FUSE is supported on most existing
OS, heck, even Android does! There's no good reason to not implement the most
missing feature of KDE.
