Setting the background to slideshow causes high CPU load.
* 80% for plasmashell
* 50% for kwin_x11
* 40% for Xorg -nolisten tcp -auth /var/run/sddm/{<random_string>} -background
none -noreset -displayfd 18 vt1
The picture is set to change every 10 minutes. After changing the background to
a static image, CPU usage drops to normal.
This bug is present in Plasma 5.10.1 but not 5.10.0.
