I just see at http://jump-pilot.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/jump-pilot/core/trunk/ that there is nothing in "Last log entry" column for javamap modifications. Usually, when I commit, comments arrive in that column. Maybe if you tell us which tools you use to develop and to commit, someone with the same configuration can help.
