I'm having some problems figuring out how to install the current version of CloudBees Folders plugin. I was able to get the 3.6 version installed, and the Update Center page in my Jenkins installation shows that as the only available one. However, if I click on the link there, I can see that the most recent version is actually 3.9, and it includes (since 3.7) a major fix that I need to be able to move existing projects. The problem is that I can't figure out up to get my Jenkins install to show the new version, nor how to manually download the jpi file. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
