Hee hee hee :-D. for FullStory & Salesforce, yeah, this is the world we live 
in.  The numbers on some servers are orders of magnitude more; it's mind 
boggling.  Decisions like the use of a TreeMap to put some cores in merely for 
convenience of sorting become unwise (hence fixed/contributed) -- an example.  
Likewise I appreciate recent improvements from Noble to speedup solrconfig.xml 
processing.  It matters.  Likewise I care about the overhead/weight of a 
SolrCore... where are we being wasteful (e.g. unused metrics for handlers not 
used).
