For what it's worth (since I assume you're referring to me), I wouldn't
classify myself as an "unsatisfied customer".  From a business standpoint,
we make money offering the service.  People opt-in and pay for it, so
there's not an issue of censorship.  I don't have to deal with the server
personally, so I'm not bothered by technical issues.  In this capacity,
I'm fine with it.

It's when we get to the issue of mandatory filtering that I object.  Our
customers understand that the service is not 100% effective, and they have
the option to override or cancel the service ay any time.  The users in
the proposed school and library situations do not have these options.
