Yeah. Unfortunately, doing on-line work allows (and requires)
a lot of flexibility in work rules and job descriptions. As
long as employees accept conditions like that, employers will
do it.

Bad form all around, IMHO. if someone thinks her boss is incompetent,
then by all means she shouldn't be there. Of course, the working
world is far from perfect...
