Hi Bill,

thank you for this piece of education.

If the current form is grammatically incorrect, we should fix it
(my preference is "Properties of Sequence Numbers").

If it is just an unusual form, that causes no confusion, then perhaps we can 
keep it.

I have no problem with renaming, but, I'd like to hear from others on this.
