Ack. Not having decent shells *really* hurts on Ubuntu (likewise Nexenta);
having a decent set of shells makes OpenSolaris bearable.

Tcsh is pretty tiny anyway (140k compressed). And if we trashed csh and
made it a link to tcsh that would be even less.
