The IPS package boundaries are not the same as the SVR4 - we import both
the root & usr packages into the same package, so SUNWstmf in IPS
includes both.

The criteria for drivers essentially comes down to whether it's needed
for the live CD to be used on, or install to, a platform we'd like the
distro to support. At this point I'm inclined to leave SUNWstmf since
Fiber Channel and iSCSI targets are both things that we're targeting
eventually.
