Finding decent programmers in any language is a tough job. The only problem is in MS and Java you get too many of the mediocre ones available leading to the design/implementation being of a quality which could have been better. Yes finding Perl programmers are tough but if the guy knows the language he probably wont leave it. If the resume says Java, C++, Perl I am almost sure he doesnt know perl. In the past 2 years I found only one guy who has done 3 years of perl only and he was worth the wait. The rest have yet to clear my objective test in perl ;). If I had a opening I would rather get a intelligent fresher and save him from the pitfalls of MS languages :). Mithun __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
