A few more suggestions Yup apart from the person chairing the meet it should also be known who has the keys to the meeting room. Another good Idea will be to know beforehand who all will be attending the meeting and the agenda for meeting from the linux-delhi.org site. The necessary infrastructure is already present on the site (I suppose).
