Depends how you look at it, and how comfortable you
are with what. If you like C++ and have appreciated
KDevelop generated apps, QT is not bad, perhaps with a
bit of learning curve. If you are comfortable with C
instead (look at Gnome apps if you want to know what
type of apps GTK will produce) GTK will be better. On
the otherhand if you had ever used Delphi in the
Windows env. you will like Kylix, the lycensing system
although is abit confusing.
