Thanks a lot folks. I just needed that info. I love configuring systems for my need. That is all about Free Software and OSS. I just needed y'r suggestions and guidelines. With your help I can zero in on the h/w spec. For some reasons ;( I don't like MS, so is the case with Intel. That is why I am opting AMD.
