GETDSAB does not require authorization despite where it is documented.

I remember what a pain it was when IBM moved SWA and the CSCB above the
line. We had a number of "crirical" obsolete (unsupported) vendor products
which dod "chain chasing" to find those control blocks.

I have changed a lot of programs which used to chain chase to get things
such as the Jobname and JES jobid to usethe IAZXJSAB macro now. I'm now a
bit out of date, but I wish there were a GUPI easy to sequential get all
the DD names currently allocated to a step. I don't know how to find things
which are in the XTIOT. Possibly someone will point this out to me, should
it exist. But when the z/OS system goes away, I will simply retire and
likely not bother looking at another z/OS system again.
