Every task and RB uses "some". And your application uses whatever it uses. It is up to you not to create so many tasks that things run out. The system isn't going to try to stop you. It is perhaps also of interest how much below-16M region your job has been allowed to obtain (hence Sam K's question about IEFUSI). And how much you did use.
