Not true, gil. A program running APF-authorized does not lose authorization by 
calling an AC(0) module. It keeps running authorized, assuming, of course, that 
the AC(0) module came from an APF-authorized library. The only time there is an 
issue is if the AC(0) module is in a non-APF library. In that case, the 
APF-authorized program abends. That doesn't apply here, though, as IEBCOPY is 
still in an APF-authorized library.
