Hi Chris, In that particular sample, the COBOL program did a DISPLAY. The DISPLAY was serviced by our LE PIPI service routine, which wrote the message to a USS message queue (bpx1qsn is SRB safe). The other end of the queue (actually multiple queues) is serviced by a TCB which can direct the output as appropriate.
In our architecture, non-SRB safe activities are serviced by a TCB. CICS-specific activities are of course serviced by a CICS TCB.
