Let's hope this proves to be true. Recently we had a discussion here about the 
reliability of the zIIP projection stats from RMF. Using them (alone) might 
make the justification of zIIP resources difficult - especially in small (read 
knee-capped) shops.
I have no doubt about throughput improvements - I do have some doubts about the 
GP savings being of sufficient significance as to lead to a purchase.
