Great explanation Diego - this makes it crystal clear, and presenting it 
as a shortcut for the good old classes method (that we've all struggled 
to understand, learn, use and master) provides a nice link for existing 
CFEngine users.

Might I suggest that you enhance the reference manual documentation with 
an abstract of this explanation? I think that would help understanding 
the relationship between ordering methods.
