I also think it should be hosted on Cfengine web site. I like Git, but 
it may be a bit of an overkill for such project (no need for much 
branching I guess), so I'd be happy with SVN also
Redmine has a ticketing system that integrates well with the comments 
from the commit (you have actions on tickets based on the comment of the 
commit) , and a usable wiki. But I heard it's a pain to install (it's 
based on Ruby)
