You have non-mingw libraries in your lib path.
Again I still cannot more strongly recommend
to start with new, empty Harbour directory.
I can change default lib dir to be <arch>/<comp>,
but that will break hbmk (script) for mingw+msys,
and may have other consequences I cannot ATM
oversee. If this is done, compilers can be mixed
to some extent. hbmk2 supports this scenario.
