It defies all reason that the one person who disapproved the document speaks of consensus that would be enough to go forward from. What, please, is this consensus? You have just let it be known that you disagree with a large number of project members on this topic. The minimum required action would be to write down what you perceive as consensus and to ask the other project members if they agree. There is a name for this, it is called a GCD. Andreas
