GCD messages are arguably of a different nature: they target primarily regular contributors familiar with the processes or with the code. Also, three messages in one month is an all-time high. :-) But yes, we can follow a plan along the lines above; perhaps instead of creating yet another mailing list we could suggest cross-posting to help-guix and guix-devel.
