Yes, absolutely. I am offering to provide this now, provided there is
genuine community interest in it.

To clarify the origin, this is entirely Neil Aggarwal’s report. Neil
requested it, developed the logic, provided the sample data, and
demonstrated its utility. While I was initially skeptical it could be done,
I supported the view that it belonged in Scheme and handled the conversion
process. My accounting background isn't strong enough to formally classify
the specific financial report type, but practically speaking, it is highly
flexible and accommodates the business dimensions I use.

It fits cleanly into Reports -> Examples. Dropping it there allows users
who need to report on filtered text dimensions to use it immediately,
without requiring any changes to existing documentation, database
structures, or core terminology. As an isolated example report, I would be
glad to assist with user feedback and basic upkeep so it remains a
low-impact addition for the core team.

Regarding the code framework: I used a standard, iterative development
approach with piecemeal AI assistance, testing comprehensively as I went.
The code is fully human-reviewed and verified. It aligns strictly with our
working draft AI Policy, so the code is ready without requiring an AI
warning header.

Regards
