Just a note about Notepad: it is quite insistent about creating only txt files. 
If you save your file as "gtk-3.0.css" *without* setting "Save as type" to "All 
Files (*.*)", Notepad will save your file as "gtk-3.3.css.txt"

And that won't work for GnuCash.
