   I agree with @irenjj , it seems like correlated subqueries with depth>1 does 
not reach optimizer as they report `Schema Error: No field named xyz.col` 
(#15558) in planning phase.
   I think the first step would be to recognise subquery's correlated columns 
and make dependent join in planning phase itself or somehow store relevant 
information in logical plan to make dependent join in optimizer like #16174.
