Jörg, there are indeed four asterisks/clauses to count. But which clause represents the original "GPL-incompatible" advertising clause? IANAL, but I cannot see that clause in there. What I think they've done is they've made their yet another own fork of the BSDL by slicing the last clause of the 3-clause BSDL into two and sprinkling some Apache-licensisch "do not smear original name" stuff in there.
