There's no Geode PMC, as it's a podling the Incubator PMC is in charge of their releases. Even if you ignore the fact that projects are not supposed to advertise non-releases outside of their dev list, the https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/apachegeode/geode/ page doesn't show any disclaimer that it's a nightly unstable build or anything like that - it looks exactly like an official, supported release. There's just the "apachegeode/geode:nightly" name that hints at a nightly build, but that's far from sufficient.
