There's no Geode PMC, as it's a podling the Incubator PMC is in charge
of their releases.

Even if you ignore the fact that projects are not supposed to
advertise non-releases outside of their dev list, the
https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/apachegeode/geode/ page doesn't show
any disclaimer that it's a nightly unstable build or anything like
that - it looks exactly like an official, supported release.

There's just the "apachegeode/geode:nightly" name that hints at a
nightly build, but that's far from sufficient. Even if we agreed that
having that binary there is ok, it would have to at least prominently
display the standard DISCLAIMER for podlings, as well as a clear
warning that it's meant for developers who accept the risk of running
a nightly build.
