I don'tthink that a single mentor is nearly sufficient for this or any podling. Taking the feedback above and below in this thread into account, there seems few confidence if any that Bluesky will be able to become an Apache project. I'll close the vote, which sees no other votes than +1s ATM, on the 5th.
