Hi Bryan, I'm not sure about it. I'm not even sure who holds the copyrights for Montezuma's Revenge. I want to say Activision since they baught up allot of those copyrights when Atari went belly up, but I'm not certain. What I am certain about is there are a couple of really good sighted remakes of Montezuma's Revenge out there for the PC, and they haven't been bothered by anyone for using the games title, characters, etc. It is after all an old game, and it's not selling millions of units like Harry Potter and Star Wars games are. For example, the Linux os ships with free games like Bomberman, KDE Packman, Penguine Command which is a missile command clone with a linux theme, etc and noone has said much about the linux developers and distributions using games which are obvious clones of the old Atari classics.
