External Email - Use Caution Hello!
I have a volumetric mask of the cuneus and I would like to convert it to a label and then convert that label to fsaverage space. So far I did mri_vol2label --i cuneus.nii.gz --l cuneus.label But how can I now convert cuneus.label to fsaverage? Thanks! Best regards, Sam
