Subject: [Freesurfer] Longitudinal structural analysis in FreeSurfer ???

        External Email - Use Caution
Hello,

I've run recon-all on patient T1s acquired at different timepoints after a
neurological insult, in FreeSurfer v7.3.2

I want to analyse any change in the volume, surface area and average thickness
of specific regions across time in each patient. Can I do this in FreeSurfer?

Many thanks.

Best wishes,

Hamied
