Paul, I tried this: SUBJECTS_DIR=/mnt/hgfs/DBSI/volumetric/MGZ cd $SUBJECTS_DIR ln -s $FREESURFER_HOME/subjects/fsaverage
and got this: ln: failed to create symbolic link ‘./fsaverage’: Operation not supported any idea ?
