Paul,

The fsaverages are in $FREESURFER_HOME/subjects. So does it mean that the
program couldn't make a link between my actual image places and
$FREESURFER_HOME/subjects/fsaverage
?
what can I do to fix it ?

Thank you,
Mahmoud
