Dear Freesurfers, I am ready to run the make_average_subject and I need to specify -xform for the talairach transform: talairach.lta , talairach.m3z or talairach.xfm. What is the difference between this and what should I use for the make_average_subject in order to prepare my data for the GLM analysis?
