Hi Antonio,

that is probably caused by a couple of problems. The wm there looks too dark, which causes it to be incorrectly segmented resulting in a topological defect, that is then fixed incorrectly. You can either draw in the wm if it's just a couple of slices, or try adding some control points in the body of the nearby wm (in non-partial-volumed voxels!).
