I can probably upgrade it without a problem. The machine is running Panther, so would you recommend <x-tad-smaller>freesurfer-Darwin-panther-v2.0.tar.gz </x-tad-smaller> or<x-tad-smaller> freesurfer-Darwin-tiger-dev20051002-full.dmg </x-tad-smaller>to try and install? (I'm guessing the first one, but I just want to be sure). Thanks very much.

Then Freesurfer opens up normally. I was just wondering what this error
message means. I've looked online and seen that PNG stands for 'Portable
Network Graphics' (I think), but I don't know if I have it installed or if I need it
installed. Is there something I can do to get Freesurfer to load without errors?
