For this installation of Freesurfer, you would need to edit csurf to
change the line '/usr/sw/bin/tixwish4.1.8.3' to point to your own
installation of tixwish, which is not distributed with this freesurfer
installation.  The newer dev installation does include it though, so you
may have better luck installing it.
