Emulated or not makes no difference. There are exceptions but they are _extremely_ obscure and niche and do not apply here. Frankly, FreeDOS is not a good choice of DOS for such a system. It's big. SvarDOS is smaller, but for an 8086 level PC, I recommend DR DOS 3.4. It gives you disk partitions over 32MB and it's tiny. Lots of archives of it online. -- Liam Proven ~ Profile: https://about.me/liamproven ~ LinkedIn/X/FB: lproven Email: lpro...@cix.co.uk ~ Google: lpro...@gmail.com IoM: (+44) 7624 227612: UK: (+44) 7939-087884 Czech [+ WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal]: (+420) 702-829-053 _______________________________________________ Freedos-user mailing list Freedos-user@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/freedos-user
