Qemu with time being +4/+5 hours ahead, I was able to resolve using
"-rtc base=localtime" options.

However, FreeDOS-1.4 on bare metal, the bios is (again) in local time
(Dell Optiplex 755), and FreeDOS continues reporting +4/+5 hours ahead.
Weird.
