I believe most of my computers are using local time at the BIOS level. However, FreeDOS reports the time as UTC, +4 hours ahead of my local time. (EDT local time here.)
FreeDOS time seems hard-coded, and doesn't appear to be adjustable? Any way to script within FDAUTO.BAT %TIME%-4 ??? Think I understand "TZ=" is just a variable used by upper level applications.
