regarding best user experience, should we implement an option like
-fcoarray=shmem
(or whatever) that effectively translates internally to
-fcoarray=lib -lcaf_shmem
because always requiring to type the latter is more complicated for
users, and it would be closer to e.g. -fopenmp, where nobody needs
to know which libraries are required.
