Om , I already checked the project and found the same problem, so I made a test in flash builder to import a patch with Greek characters (non latin characters) and I get the same results. Probably it is a bug in the apply path process. Spiros, After I applied your patch, the greek text does not look correct. I am guessing the patch creation process messed it up. Do you mind taking a look at the app and the code to see what's happening?
