FB has it hard-coded.  I am pushing them to move as many hard-coded
assumptions to an XML file to maximize future flexibility.  So far, we only
have agreement on this one value.

Probably not.  They are fully occupied on 4.7.  It is unfortunate that they
make assumptions about the set of files in the templates folder.  I think
they should have just copied the whole folder.
