Merged Spiros' changes to fix Greek text. Spiros, I think it looks good now.
Please take a look.
Removed code that copied flashbuilder-config.xml from /ide/flashbuilder to the
flex_home root (As per Carol's comment above)
Carol, no worries, it was a one line change. As soon as the build is updated,
it should all be fine.
