We have to use full SWFObject.  The mish-mash that Adobe Flex used was
playerproductinstall.swf which was going to be a hassle to donate since it
is obsolete and I could not find a legitimate source for it (and wasn't
owned by the Flex team).  So that will be one difference between Apache Flex
and Adobe Flex in the "parity" release.  Sadly, FB was hardwired to copy
playerproductinstall.swf, so this file lets us switch to expressInstall.swf
