Do you think integrating the feather as part of the X letter might make it more distinct or is just to cheesy (even make the feather black and white)? This logo clearly means "Flex is Apachised" i.e Apache Flex. It depicts the purpose of Apache behind Flex and it will be a differentiation from Adobe Flex.
