I'm pretty sure this would be an infringement. I don't think re-coloring
gets you around those issues. BTW, I have the official word from Adobe.
Adobe is not going to transfer rights to the logo to Apache, so all new logo
designs should not borrow from the current Flex logo or any other Adobe logo
(or anybody else's trademarked logo for that matter).
